How information is collected, used and shared on thescvpro.com. Last updated September 1, 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Icezack Flemming (DRE #02059519), a licensed California real estate agent affiliated with RE/MAX of Santa Clarita, doing business as THE SCV PRO and serving the Santa Clarita Valley, California. You can reach us at 661-607-1304 or through the contact page.

Information we collect

Information you submit. The contact and home valuation forms on this site collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the message you write, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of submission. These are the only fields we ask for. We do not ask for financial account numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information.

Technical request data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information (IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamp) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Spam controls. Forms include a hidden field and measure how long the form was open before submission, purely to filter automated spam.

Third-party tools you choose to load. The property search and home valuation tools are operated by RE/MAX / MAXTech (BoldTrail). They do not load unless you click to activate them. Once activated, that provider receives information directly from your browser, including your IP address, device and browser details, and whatever you enter into their tool.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, retargeting pixels, session replay, heatmaps, or fingerprinting. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or a Meta pixel.

We store one first-party item in your browser's local storage to remember the privacy choices you set on this site. It contains no identifier and is not transmitted to us.

If you choose to load the RE/MAX / MAXTech (BoldTrail) tools, that third party may set its own cookies or storage under its own policies, which we do not control.

Our hosting platform (Lovable) may collect basic operational and performance telemetry for the delivery and reliability of the site. That processing is part of the hosting service and is described further under “Service providers” below.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate brokerage services, prepare valuations or property information you request, maintain records of client communications as required of licensed agents and brokerages, and protect the site from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and sharing

These are the categories of parties that actually process information for this site:

  • Hosting and content delivery (Lovable). Serves the website and processes standard request data and operational telemetry.
  • Database and backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). Stores form submissions in a private database that is not publicly readable.
  • Transactional email delivery. Sends the lead notification emails generated by your submission.
  • CRM — BoldTrail / kvCORE / MAXTech. Your submission is delivered into the brokerage-provided CRM so we can follow up and keep records of the inquiry.
  • RE/MAX of Santa Clarita and the RE/MAX network. Brokerage systems, IDX property search and home valuation tools used to provide the services you request.
  • Legal and professional. We may disclose information where required by law, to comply with real estate licensing and recordkeeping obligations, or to protect legal rights.

We do not provide your information to advertising networks or data brokers.

Retention

Form submissions are retained in our private database and in the brokerage CRM for as long as needed to respond to you and to satisfy real estate recordkeeping obligations, which in California are generally three years for transaction-related records. Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are reviewed periodically and deleted when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your California Privacy Choices

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request a copy of it, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to request deletion, subject to legal exceptions such as recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors under 16.

Global Privacy Control. This site detects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of any optional tracking and of any sale or sharing of personal information, and we do not override it with stored preferences on this device.

How to make a request. Email icezackf@gmail.com or call 661-607-1304 with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion, and include the name, email address and phone number you used so we can locate your record. We will verify your request by contacting you at the information on file and respond within the timeframes required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorized agent, with proof of authorization.

You can also review and change what optional technologies this site may load using the Privacy Choices link in the footer.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private database that is not accessible to site visitors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
